  • Commercial Information: Metadata about sales such as the number of sales, total revenue, and product performance.
  • Important: All payments are handled by Stripe. We do not collect or store full payment details such as credit card numbers.
  • Communications: If you contact us directly (e.g., support requests), we may keep a record of that correspondence.
  • Technical Information: Log data such as IP address, browser type, and basic usage analytics.
  • Cookies & Analytics: We use cookies and services such as Google Analytics to understand how users interact with Dropkit and to improve the Service. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • To create and maintain your Dropkit account.
  • To operate, improve, and personalize the Service.
  • To enable creators to publish product pages and manage their sales.

  • Aggregated/Anonymous Data: We may share de-identified insights (e.g., platform usage statistics) with third parties for lawful business purposes.
